FARPoD was formed with mission as consultant firm that will offer several services ranging from strategy to problem-solving, Planning, Analytics, M&E, Customer and Marketing, Core Business Operations, Human Capital, Enterprise, Technology and Performance.
The objective is to establish a collaborative relationship with clients, solve problems in a way that enables clients to develop their problem-solving skills, and ensure attention to the development of the project and client relationships. By working closely with clients, fostering their learning and involvement in problem-solving, and prioritizing strong working relationships, the aim is to achieve successful outcomes and client satisfaction in the overall project.

As a consultant, we work with our clients as a working team. Working in a collaborative fashion with our clients helps ensure that recommendations are accurate, that clients follow the recommendations and that they adopt the changes needed to improve themselves and their organizations.
Our approach to problem solving in the project as we always involve our client’s learning about what is being done and why, so that later our client might use similar approaches to solve similar problems after we are gone from the project. This is very important to regularly identify learning during the project and discussing that learning with our client.
The quality of the relationship between us and our client is a reliable predictor of the quality of the outcome of the overall project. Our clients often judge a project, not so much by the outcomes from the project, but by the quality of the working relationship with us.
